On Friday, March 20, Treasury Secretary Mnuchin announced that the filing due date for income tax returns has been delayed to July 15th. This follows the initial extension of the payment due date. We believe that the next two weeks will be critical in the containment of the Coronavirus. Therefore, for your safety as well as that of our employees, we are asking that you delay scheduling an appointment or delivering your tax information to our office for the next two weeks. During this time, we will be here in the office working on the returns we have received to date. We can be reached by phone, email, and text to our main office number if you should have questions. If you have the means to send your information electronically please do so and we will continue to prepare those returns as well. We can provide you a secure link for submission of files. All of our clients are important to us and we hope you understand the necessity for these changes during this unprecedented time.
